This timely discussion, hosted by the Education Policy Institute and Whitehouse Consultancy, will focus on the Government’s proposed new national funding formula (NFF) for schools.

The pressure to reform the school funding system stems not only from the current inconsistency of the funding allocated to each local authority, but also, increasingly, from the growing number of academies. Academies are still primarily funded on what they would receive as a local authority school.
