‘No one’s a winner in school shake-up’

Steve Hillier laughs at the suggestion that he is a winner in the great battle over the new schools funding formula. He certainly does not feel like one.

Mr Hillier is head of the Gryphon School in the pretty Dorset market town of Sherborne, which will do better than many when money is shuffled around the country from 2018.
